专利摘要:
This composition contains in aqueous medium, at least a self emulsible wax having a melting point between 45 and 110`C. A preferred embodiment comprises the use of a mixture of a synthetic wax of vegetal origin, a mineral wax and a micro cristalline wax. This composition, applied onto a support such as a wall is appropriate as a protection coating against bill-sticking, penetration and hooking of graffitis and/or paint and against adherence of dust and various polluting agents.

专利说明:

The invention relates to anti-adhesive compositions for the preparation of protective coatings on walls and partitions. Anti-adhesive compositions based on silicone oils are known. Sostavy quickly dry out and therefore lose their ability to prevent sticking. When applied to walls, they become sticky, absorb dust and change the color of the walls. In some cases, for example for walls made of natural stones, the coatings are impermeable to gases. In addition, road composites are difficult to store, their effective time is limited. The anti-adhesive composition based on microcrystalline wax Cz J is known. The composition does not provide a coating with high anti-adhesion properties. Closest to the proposed technical essence is an anti-adhesive composition, which is a dispersion of wax in water. A mixture of carnauba and beeswax and paraffin can be used as a wax. The composition also contains an emulsifier. The coating based on the known composition has a milky-white and slightly yellowish color, the posters pasted onto the coating remain glued, dust adheres to the coating, i.e. the composition does not possess sufficient anti-adhesive properties. In addition, the coating is brittle, when moistened it peels off or blisters. The purpose of the invention is to improve the decorative and anti-adhesive properties of the coating. The goal is achieved by the fact that the anti-adhesive composition comprising wax and water contains wax as a mixture of paraffin with mp 55 C and microcrystalline wax with mp. 58-60 ° C and additionally derived vegetable wax with m.p. 75 ° C or emulsifier is a mixture of potassium oleate with the product of the interaction of an ethoxylated alkylphenol with ethylene oxide in combination with white spirit in the following ratio of components, wt.%: Paraffin with t. square 55 С 0,6-А Microcrystalline wax with t. Pl. 58-60s 0.6-1.5 Vegetable wax derivative with m. Pl. 75C Emulsifier - a mixture of potassium oleate and the product of the interaction of an ethoxylated alkylphenol with ethylene oxide1,2 White spirit10 WaterOther The proposed composition allows to obtain a uniform and thin film on the coated surfaces that prevents sticking of the attached adhesive, adhesive labels, adhesives and various patterns, and also dust and any pollutants, while allowing the material to breathe .-. The compositions are stable over time, leaving no marks on the surface. The validity of the compositions is 2-k years. Paraffin Art. square 55 ° C (petrolatum or light paraffin). The composition may contain a vegetable wax derivative with m. Pl. (carnauba wax). A mixture of potassium oleate with the product of an ethoxylated alkylphenol with ethylene oxide can be used as an ulgator (surfactant). If an emulsifier is used, the composition may contain an organic solvent white spirit, in particular, containing less than 5% of aromatic compounds or 1,1,1-trichloroethane (trade name Baltan). The composition is prepared by melting waxes in the same amount of water at a temperature above the melting point of the wax with the highest melting point. Then, with stirring, the mixture is dispersed in water at room temperature (r 2Q ° C). The addition of surfactants or solvents can be made at any time, in particular in the composition resulting from the introduction of a mixture of waxes and water into water. The composition is applied to surface with a brush, brush or gun. P p and M ep 1. Prepare a composition of the following composition, wt.I: Synthesized wax (from vegetable wax) with mp. (OFR wax from SteRFb) 2, Mineral wax (white paraffin ) with mp of about 75 ° С TPA / LB of the firm tGsrs) o, 6 Microcrystalline s wax article. pl. 58-60C (2360 from TISCO) 0.6 Water Up to 10 wax is introduced into the water and the temperature of the mixture is adjusted while stirring. A sufficiently one-sided mixture is obtained and dispersed when mixed in cold water (20 ° C) with a homogenous generator. A compound is obtained in which it is distributed evenly and that trends are dispersed in storage. When applied to an article, a thin transparent pool is formed. Glued on the treated wall of the advertisement fall in a few hours. PRI mme R 2. Prepare a composite of the following composition, wt. |: Wax 2360 (mp. 5860 C). Wax PA / LB Mixture containing 92% soap from potassium oleate and 8 | e-strength and diluted alkylphenol with 10 mol of ethylene oxide 1.2 White spirit 10 Water Up to 101 The composition is prepared as in Example 1, but cold water contains a mixture of surfactant and white spirit. After application to the porous support, a thin film is formed that prevents the paper and dust from sticking. Gun inscriptions can be easily washed with a brush. Example 3. Analogously to example t, a composition of the following composition is prepared, wt.%:, OFR5 Wax PA / LB1.5 Wax Wax 23601.5. Water. Up to 100 Dust adhering to the surface treated with the composition is easily wiped off with a brush, which eliminates sandblasting of the facade. The film can be eliminated v. a stream of hot water with a temperature of about, which avoids the installation of scaffolding and burdensome devices for cleaning walls. The proposed composition provides a translucent coating with improved decorative properties. After processing the surface of the walls and partitions with the proposed composition, adhesives stuck to the supports do not stick, dry quickly, slide off and fall on their own. The inscriptions or pictures on the supports treated with the inventive composition are easily erased with a brush.
